Abstract

This paper describes a research of wave and turbulent processes in the channel to the sudden destruction of bridges, which separates the initial time two liquids of different densities in the channel are made in the laboratory Department of fluid mechanics and marine acoustics of St. Petersburg State Marine Technical University. Processes taking place in the channel were recorded on a digital camera. The resulting video was divided into frames and the most interesting moments were represented. Evaluation of wave propagation velocity, the Reynolds number and Froude number was produced.

Abstract

Results of numerical modeling of a small-sized sonar are resulted at detection and estimation of parameters of the complicated artificial object lying at the bottom.

HYDROACOUSTICS

Abstract

Principles of construction of multichannel digital device are considered, allowing to model angular position of object of hydrolocation with use of electric channel of reception path of the test system. Device allows to expand opportunities of complexes of half-scale simulation, including multichannel electronic simulator of hydroacoustic signals, acoustical array and hydropool.

HYDROOPTICS

Abstract

Simulation of image forming in autocollimating schlieren visualizer of marine density inhomogeneities, subject to vibration of hydrophysics apparatus carrier, is completed. Method of illumination field computing is brought. Illumination field is computed on the surface of the photodetector array, subject to inhomogeneities absence in viewing volume, for either coherent or incoherent light source.

Abstract

In article the current state and prospects of development of system of the problems solved within the limits of hydrophysical researches of the World ocean, and system of means with which help these problems can be solved is analyzed. Modern position with oceanographic researches in the Russian Federation, the place and the role of mobile underwater robots (or UUVs) in their further development is considered. Dual character of missions which can effectively carry out UUVs in solving civil problems (research and commercial) and military-oriented problems is underlined. Advantages of use of independent networks of oceanographic measurements on the basis of UUVs are estimated. The spectrum functionally focused UUVs for achicving the primary goals of underwater researches is resulted.

Abstract

The problem of the efficiency estimation of the information integration in multichannel information processing system is considered. The concept of a complex task of object detection (detection - classification - determination of position) for multichannel information processing system is determined, taking into account identification of signals, which have been detected in various information channels. Probabilistic сriteria and analytical algorithms of the efficiency estimation of the complex task of object detection in multichannel information system are developed.

Abstract

The report considers a program-methodical analysis complex of data obtained in tests of stationary hydroacoustic systems. We consider a method for analyzing the characteristics of sonar signals, methods of analyzing the characteristics of reverberation and mode structure of the acoustic waveguide. Results of the analysis of experimental data of the high-frequency active sonar, held in shallow sea, are described.
